Queen Bee Seasonal Assessment

The Queen

This survey is being conducted to collect data on the queens that you or your association received from WSU. Keeping track of queen performance is important for our breeding and selection efforts.  Your feedback provides us with valuable information to assess queen performance.  For your convenience, data are reported only once per season per queen and are entered in the corresponding forms below.

Please enter ‘Initial Queen Bee’ data prior to entering any seasonal data. You will need to know your queen’s ID number. If you do not know your queen’s ID number, please contact your apiary manager.

To increase/reduce the font size on any of these pages press the ‘CTRL’ key and ‘+/-‘ key simultaneously on your keyboard. ‘CTRL 0’ returns the display to the default.
