OBJECTIVES OF COURSE
- To gain an understanding of insects in general and urban pests in particular.
- To identify major urban pests and diagnose their injury.
- To gain an understanding in the principles of Urban IPM and provide alternative choices for the management of these pests.

Method of Evaluation:
There will be a midterm exam and a final exam as well as a final laboratory exam that will cover materials presented in the lectures and labs respectively.
Conjoint Listing:
The course will be suitable for both undergraduates and graduates. Exams should reflect lectures and labs in such a way that treating undergraduates and graduate students differently should not be necessary.
