OBJECTIVES OF COURSE
- To introduce students of the history of chemical weed control.
- To explain to students the mode of action of herbicides in both target and non-target organisms.
- To alert students of the dangers of herbicides toward both target and non-target organisms.
- To provide students with information about new herbicides and new strategies to control weeds today and in the future.

- The final examination will be an oral examination administered according to Brown, 1992. "How to Overcome the Closed-Door Syndrome." College Teaching 40: 101 It will be worth 100 points.
