OBJECTIVES OF COURSE

  1. To review the mode of action of major pesticide groups.
  2. To introduce students to current concerns of pesticide use.
  3. To explain to students the possible effects of pesticides on both target and non-target organisms.
  4. To provide students with information about new strategies to control pests today and in the future.
