Dinner Menu for the Sixth Annual E. Paul Catts Memorial Dinner and Fundraiser.

Dinner Selection A: Pacific King Salmon ala HRA

Mixed greens tossed with a homemade roasted apple and walnut vinaigrette and topped with candied walnuts and apple slices with two Dungeness crab cakes.

King salmon with a miso glaze-oven roasted to perfection, with green bean and almond sauté, wild rice pilaf with kiln dried cranberries and wild mushrooms, and grain mustard vinaigrette.

Seasonal Fruit and Amaretto mousse parfait.

Dinner per plate $23, Wine Fee (Optional) $5
 

 

Dinner Selection B: Chicken with Pesto Parmesan Sauce

Mixed greens tossed with balsamic and roasted garlic vinaigrette topped with feta cheese and sundried tomatoes.

Grilled chicken with pesto parmesan sauce, rice pilaf with a seasonal vegetable stir fry.

Traditional tiramisu topped with cocoa and finished with creme anglaise.
